Special Condition is a sitcom produced on the Nasim Channel and broadcast every night at 22:15 on the Nasim Channel, with Multicafé assisting in the production of this series.

Special Condition is directed by Afshin Arbabi and produced by Ebrahim Bahadori and Mansoure Ommi.

The sitcom follows a man whose son suffers from a psychiatric disorder and requires care. On the condition that the management staff also care for his son, he decides to convert his home into a mentally ill care facility.

He invites a slew of psychiatrists to help him turn this house into an asylum. None are successful, however, until Bijan Banafshehkhah enters the house as a psychiatrist, at which point the story begins.

According to the producer of Special Condition, the primary goal of this series is to move in line with Nasim Channel’s slogan and mission, adding, “In this sitcom, humorous events take place, the purpose of which is to put a smile on the face of Nasim Channel’s audience.”

Special Condition’s principal actors and actresses are Bijan Banafshekhah, Yusof Teymuri, Pouria Rahimisam, Melika Sharifinia, Elika Abdurrazzaghi, Peyman Fatemi, Seyed Mehrdad Ziyai, and Hossein Mohebahari.

The story begins with the arrival of the physician, Bijan Banafsehkhah.

Yusof Teymuri arrives at the care home as a medical intern with the primary goal of finishing his thesis. Elika Abdurrazzaghi is the nurse, and Melika Sharifinia is the secretary and, as she puts it, the facility’s backbone. Furthermore, Seyed Mehrdad Ziyai is the property’s owner’s son, making him the hospital's only permanent patient. This series also features a debut television actor named Pouriya Rahimisam.

The Special Condition television series will premiere on IRIB Nasim on the first day of winter and air every night at 22:15 for thirty 35-minute episodes.

Guest actors will appear in the story alongside the main characters on an episodic basis. This television series features a large number of guest actors, with many people appearing in each episode.

Ali Sadeghi, Negar Abedi, Alireza Khamse, Roshank Ajamian, and Reza Shafiejam are among the actors who appear in one or more episodes. In each of the 30 episodes, more than 25 new actors will be added to the main cast.
